On Tuesday, we were unable to have a meeting or competition due to the power outage at the library. We all went to the Coney, as usual and talked about how we were going to resolve the issue of not have our October competition. Here is what we are going to do: PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
NOVEMBER 7 MEETING: WE WILL BE HAVING THE OCTOBER COMPETITION. This will be for pictures that were already submitted. The deadline is past, so no more entries will be accepted.
DECEMBER 5 MEETING: WE WILL BE HAVING THE NOVEMBER COMPETITION. So you will have until November 29th (and usually Jim will accept them thru that weekend) to get your competition pics entered.
JANUARY 2ND WE WILL HAVE THE DECEMBER COMPETITION IN LIEU OF THE PICTURE OF THE YEAR. We did this so the December entry winners will be included in the Picture of the Year Competition.
JANUARY 16 WE WILL HOLD THE PICTURE OF THE YEAR COMPETITION.

NOVEMBER 21 - DAVE WILL BE DOING OUR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION PRESENTATION - Please everyone try to be there.
DECEMBER 19 - CAMERA CLUB CHRISTMAS SOCIAL AT CLAUDIA'S HOUSE - 14368 Stoeflet in Gibraltar.
Lastly, we discussed having another model shoot in January - i will work with the library to see if we can get a Saturday date. The theme is STEAMPUNK and I have got 4 models with the costumes who are willing to model for photos. More on that later.
