NO MEETING THIS TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15TH

Hello everyone...sorry for the late posting, but I think almost everyone knows this already. We have decided not to have a meeting next Tuesday, December 15th, since we just had the social last Tuesday and already had our competition this month. It's that time of year when everyone is so busy, so we will resume the first
Tuesday in January for Picture of the Year Competition. If you have any prints that took 1st place in 2015, you must bring them to the meeting if you want them entered into the competition for Picture of the Year. IF you took 1st place in digital you don't have to do anything. Jim has all the images saved. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Have fun and be safe! Love, Claudia

Hi Claudia,
I've been meaning to tell you about this app I love for a while now. If we set it up, club members can subscribe to it (at no cost to anyone unless anyone still pays per text msg) and it would allow us to send out a single text to the whole group at once. The good thing is that everyone's # stays private and if we allow responses, one person's response won't go out to everyone in the group; most people usually find that annoying. Another benefit is that we can pre-schedule announcements for the whole year if we wanted. It's really good for last minute reminders.
